I was told my order was delivered and it hasn't been and I emailed support and have heard nothing.

Products never arrived. I ordered & got charged for 2, but the items were never delivered. To two different different addresses. But you asked for a review of the product!

I haven’t received my package yet and there’s no tracking # and they just sent me an email saying I didn’t include the personalization which I know I did! Very hard to communicate with them

I placed an order and never received it. When I complained they sent a picture of the item delivered to my business address, dropped next to a side door, not the front door and it was clearly late at night. My front door has delivery hours which obviously they didn't bother to look. It was only a 20+ dollar item, but they won't offer to replace it or give my money back unless I can find the delivery person. What a joke

I didnt get what paid for ordered a XL got a small , will never order again from this company either refund my money or send me the right shirt

Very poor quality for a $36 dollar hat. Not sure of the material but it feels like thin paper or card board. . Not expecting it to hold up. Arrived 25 days after order placed. Would not buy again.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was told my item would be here in a week 3 weeks in a row. Never received it. Asked for a refund, was offered 10% or 20% off my purchase price. I refused because I never received the item. They finally have offered to give me a refund minus ~$10 in materials and handling fees for an item I NEVER RECEIVED!!! I filed a fraud claim with PayPal. I would definitely not suggest ordering from them if you are on any type of timeline. If you don't mind waiting for months I believe they probably make a nice product.

I still have not received my order and it’s been weeks I even paid for 3-5 day shipping !!!!
