The shipping process is very bad no tracking number to check for free they take you to get a shipping pay tracking appp

Tried to cancel immediately after placing order. When I clicked cancel, it said the order was processed so to contact support. There was no support link anywhere on the page. I had to Google how to find support for nanyshop.com. It gave an email address, so I sent an email requesting cancellation. I received a notification that " message was not sent" because " user does not exist." 😡

Paid $16.99 for Express (3-7 Day) Delivery. My order should have arrived by today. I haven’t received my order. When I try to use the tracking number to track it, it says shipping information received. When I try to track it through their Track it with Shop button, it says my order was delivered 2 hours ago. I’ve been home all day and I even checked my cameras, it wasn’t delivered. I paid extra because I needed the items to use tomorrow. I’ll never order from them again!

This company is a fraud! I placed an order on 9/25. I paid $16.99 for 3-7 day delivery and it hasn’t even been shipped! I was sent tracking info and all it has said is they haven’t received the package yet, just the info! I’ve emailed several times and received absolutely no response either. Looks like I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank for an item I never received. Don’t waste your time. Take your money elsewhere.

This Comapny is A FRAUD ! I placed an order for 2 boneless single seaters on August 10th 2025 , was sent a confirmation of the funds being taken from mii account in 3 minutes ! After that I yet received any tracking or carrier information! I downloaded the “ shop app “ to see that it said “ partially delivered September 8th”….. when doing more research, I found out and was told that “ shop app” who promotes “ Nani shop “ they don’t have control how they run the company ! I have sent out 8 emails in 3 weeks and till this day NO RESPONSE & NO PRODUCT !

Did not receive my order will be calling my bank to report fraud I have made several attempts to contact you regarding this issue on Srpt 20th it was drliveuto Coralville IA 52241 at 3:10PM I live in Bullhead City AZ

This company is a joke Paid for 3-7 day delivery and on day 7 it hasn’t even left the facility! So pissed off

I ordered the wrong color. I contacted them numerous times, no reply. I need to change the color of the shirt before it gets made. I need help please!
