Placed an order on Wednesday 10/22, the order shipped on Sunday 10/26. I paid for vip shipping(3-7 days) I just finally received my package on 11/19

I did not mean to order 4 of the wedding ornaments for Olivia and Ryan. That's what happened between two orders and a huge mix up with my credit card and debit cards nor did I want four or more key rings of the hockey couple Denise and Dave. So I a paying for much more than I wanted unfortunately! Im not going to pay for something ever again before I even see it! its a lot of ornaments and key chains and a lot of wasted money. I also had an hour talk with my credit card company, Suncoast Credit Union as I wasn't able to use my debit card for necessary items I needed. ILL BUY LOCALLY in the future. this is way too much trouble for a simple wedding present and simple Christmas gift!

This item is at best, terrible. The item is depicted as a 3-D full color ornament and arrives as a flat 2-D plastic, digitally printed mess. It is not giftable.

I had ordered two linesmen Christmas ornaments for my sons which were personalized. I was very disappointed in the quality of them. The online image gives the impression that they have dimension and good quality. What I received was two flat plastic cutouts with an image screened on them. Very cheap in quality and I paid $68 Canadian for something I am not proud to give. Refunds are not apparently possible as they are personalized. Buyer beware, not worth it. Be careful in ordering other similar products.

I ordered a custom hat from nanyshop, and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The design was completely off, and the material felt cheap and poorly made. I reached out about the issue, but instead of offering a replacement or full refund, they only offered 30% back — which is unacceptable considering the product was not as described. Terrible customer service and low-quality product. Do NOT recommend.

Haven't received any updates other than a shipping label was created. My son's final football season is almost over. Not sure why it is taking so long. Very frustrating!!

This is not as the picture shows it is basically just the canvas and not mounted. Very disappointed
