In my family, we've been loyal to Nanrobot; we've tried several models. The only thing that needs improvement is the rear mudguard; it's too small, and if you step in even a little water, it gets all muddy on your back. Since we use it to commute to work, it's annoying. Now I have the N6, and the build quality is amazing—it's a 10/10!

Since my promised delivery date has been pushed back by 2 months and missed my birthday as well, I hCe to removed one star, packaging is stunning.... I only have the item for one day... So can't speak on the sustainability just yet.

It was packed really well in a very sturdy box, it was easy to set up, I kind of wish it had an owners manual of a little more technical degree. It has no problems though, and it's really pretty stout and more than I expected.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a nanrobot rs7 + with street tires. The scooter i got had off road tires on it. We rode the scooter 3 miles and then the horn started going off by its self and wouldn't stop. It shut the scooter completely down and will not allow the scooter to move. We had to disconnect the head light to make horn stop working but the scooter still doesn't work. Waste of 2300 I have ever spent

Nothing but problems. Do Not Buy. Purchased a 4 wheel scooter and received it 8/27/26. One tire was flat. I have been told 3 times that a tire was on the way, they gave me a FedEx # and the product was never given to FedEx. Also was told it was our problem to find someone to fix the tire, even though the unit was brand new. Thank goodness we purchased through WalMart. We have recourse to get our money back. Very frustrating
