I purchased the refurbished set of nano…
I purchased the refurbished set of nano X2 BTE4. I experienced some trouble with both hearing aids. Called technical support team they are excellent and just got my replacement hearing aids.

A very pleasant experience when ordering our Nano hearing aids
I had been seeing commercials about the nano hearing aids many times, and was somewhat skeptical. My husband and I were both in need of hearing aids, my husband more so than I. The associate who took my order was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and answered any and all questions I had. He explained how the process worked from ordering to delivery, and beyond. The delivery of our hearing aids was super fast!! Everything was included just as I had been told. A huge plus was, that with some hearing damage, I had no problem understanding the associate! By far the best expierience I have had ordering a product by phone. No frustration from not being able to understand what is being said, and having to ask to repeat constantly! I recommend this company 100%.
