Service was absolutely terrible until I spoke to a supervisor. I am rating the first person I spoke to only.
Need to keep a better supply of hearing aids in stock. Your last four hearing aids have lasted a maximum of two months which means they are garbage before we get them. If I ask three of your people a question, I will get three different answers.
