I received the order quickly, which is great, thank you. I am dealing with an issue with one of the parts being defective and trying to get them replaced. I have been in contact with a representative about the issue. I was just informed that the pin that holds my tubes in place is no longer used so I can not replace the tubes at all for my 6 month old hearing aids. Rating was a 3 now it's 0. You would think they would have a supply of older parts, but I guess not.

My Original Nano hearing aids did not work because I have tinnitus and they made my hearing worse. The gentleman I spoke with offered a different hearing aid at no extra charge.

No real complaint. Took a little to long with everything repeated but I guess that is a good thing.

I received the hearing aides & determined that they are too big & very uncomfortable for me. I contacted Nano hearing for a return authorization number and was told I would be put on a list to be called within 24 to 48 hours. I purchased these with the understanding they could be returned for a full refund within 45 day of receipt. I only had them for 3 days!! Receiving a simple RMA # is not that involved!!
