This place is a scam
This place is a scam, ordered the hearing aids, didn’t work returned them within 45 days got a email, confirming that they received my return, waited another 30 days for the refund. Nothing, emailed them again they wanted me to have pictures of when I packed them, they said there was one missing. I told him they were both in the box when I return them, they wanted to know if I had pictures of myself actually putting them in the box I said no, but I would like to see videos of when you unpack them because they were both there. So they kept the refund and kept the hearing aids as well.

You can hear yourself talking more than…
You can hear yourself talking more than you can hear another person. They are uncomfortable to wear. They do not work as desired and will most likely return.

Bluetooth connectivity - big problem
Received my hearing aids in timely fashion on 05/21/23 and started using. Only complaint (and this is most important for me) is that trying to use Bluetooth with app is not working out. I had one occasion when both units actually connected and I could use the functions. Lost that connection immediately, and have not been able to utilize after numerous attempts. Just tried using my wife's phone; same results. I really need that capability. Customer service has been very good. Hopefully someone can help resolve this issue. Thanks

Tried them they did not work in my work…
Tried them they did not work in my work environment. Tried to get an Return # and was forced to try another model prior to getting the #. they have not arrived as of yet but it is very in doubt they will preform better under my windy work conditions. would not do business with them again as they are very aggressive in their need not to refund as they promise a no hassle return policy. they also made us pay the return shipping on the first set, so no matter like them or not we are out money.
