Comfort & clarity!
I purchased a set of your hearing aids years ago and wore them while watching TV until 1 broke. When the audiologist said it was time for full time aids I knew a CIC would give me the best fit. I wanted another pair of NANos but I was steered into a small pair of Contom (sp?) aids which didn't fit me properly and caused great pain. Back they went & I searched for your product finally I saw your ad on TV and immediately ordered a set. Comfort & Joy !! :-) :-)

I ordered hearing aids on 5/18
I ordered hearing aids on 5/18. I received a notice a shipping label was developed on 5/19. I called 5/29 and was told they were waiting for the manufacturer to send a supply (from China ?) and they are in now. They are going to send them priority Tuesday but it would have been more considerate if you had advised us of the delay in the first place..

terrible product reneged on money back…
terrible product reneged on money back guarantee. Should be sued in class action. I will join. When I called to get a “return number” the agent refused to give me one and read from a script for about a half hour. I gave up and returned the devices with all order information The time period they say is required to get the refund has long elapsed. They simply wore me down to the point I let them steal the money rather than struggle further They can pay a third world agent a couple of bucks an hour for 100 hours and still be ahead by never paying off. May 26 was the date refund should have been remitted even by their standard

Ease of use, but beeping during programming is hard to hear for someone that has a hearing loss.

Early review
Have only tried out for a couple of times. Maybe i should wait to review? The sound seems so artificial. Like I'm in a can. I'm going to keep trying them and hope for the best. I'm not sure I have them in properly. Afraid I am pushing them in too far maybe? The ordering and service, that aspect was very good. I will call customer service and seek advice. Maybe I need to adjust the program.

Hello, Squealing or feedback can occur for many different reasons. We have provided some of the more common reasons below to help you troubleshoot your issue: 1. Check for ear wax: earwax build-up is a common cause of acoustical feedback. When a sound wave hits a solid block of earwax, that sound wave shatters, sending sound every which-away including back out the ear to get re-amplified by the hearing aid microphone. 2. Check the fit: A loose-fitting hearing aid allows amplified sound waves to escape the ear canal around the hearing aid, reach the mic and off we go again in a feedback loop. 3. Speaker Placement: If the direction of the receiver is off and pointing directly into the wall of the ear canal, it can cause the amplified sound to bounce back into the hearing aid and the whistling begins. 4. Hearing Aid damage: The sound tube may become damaged over time by aggressive cleaning, the mic may have gotten pushed in, or there could be a crack in the hearing aid casing.
