I'm not able to use them at all
I'm not able to use them at all! Tried for two weeks, now I'm have a hard getting a refund. Promised if not satisfied a full refund.

It's a vast improvement
It's a vast improvement. The first thing I noticed, I had to turn down the volume of the tv. It takes some time to find the volume on the aids that works best. Patience!

ii called the help line in the evening …
ii called the help line in the evening because i was not able to get the aides to shut off for charging. I called the help line and the woman was so patient with me. i just was not holding the off button long enough.

Nice upgrade!
I appreciated all the help in upgrading from the CIC to the Sigma hearing aids. I like the programmable feature with the so on my phone.
