I still have trouble turning the…turning on
I still have trouble turning the hearing aids on, when it takes fifteen minutes to turn them on, frustration causes me to leave them off entirely.

Good service!
Nano rep suggested getting the digital model when I called about the first set I got( the lower priced ones weren’t right for me). It was not a hard sell and was a good logical solution. Nano made good on the 45 day grace period and assured me that should these not be right for me they will accept a return (I’m quite sure they’ll be great). Service 5 star

Customer service at it’s BEST !…
After a while the right Nano was powerless, and the right would beep 6 times and shut off. I called customer service and the handled the problems immediately. That was customer service at it’s BEST.
