My hearing aid on the right ear does…not good
My hearing aid on the right ear does not work half the time. Already sent it back one time. Not bothering anymore.

Great prompt service
Promptly upgraded hearing aids and returned in professional manner. (However, after six months use I misplaced (lost) them. Not fault of Nano!

Nano Sigma Plus - good product!
I am quite happy with the Nano Sigma Plus! I love not having to change batteries every few days since these are rechargeable! It is quite a relief to pay much less for good quality hearing aids than go to a middleman (hearing center) and pay astronomical fees for inferior products that were more in the shop than being used. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that your one-year warranty should be covered for parts/appliances instead of just the hearing aids themselves. I was told the part I needed for one of the hearing aids was $17.00 a pair and I only had them a couple of months. I debated that charge and I was comped, but never should have been charged to begin with, due to the year warranty that I still have. It wasn't the cost itself but based on principal. Thank you!
