Volume Control
I had a difficult time using the volume control. Never could tell where I was with it. I still wear them but not all time. They make noise at times as well.

I ordered size 3b replacement tubes…
I ordered size 3b replacement tubes About a month later they shipped size 2b tubes. I had to provide extensive documentation to prove that the tubes they sebt were size 2b Finally after 6 weeks I received the size 3b tubes. I was without one of my aids for 6 weeks.

Worst experience ever hearing aide…
Worst experience ever hearing aide broke in less than a week and you wanted more money to seemed a newbone everyone we know we tell NOT to use this company.. took my monet for nothing in return. Horrible experisnce

The hearing aids work really well
The hearing aids work really well, however, I find them painful and do not fit right in my ear, so I rarely wear them.
