Poor shipping experience
After waiting almost 2 weeks for a REPLACEMENT set of hearing aids. STILL NOT RECEIVED. First set was defective. Called to return. Was asked to try a replacement. STILL NOT RECEIVED. May get tired of waiting before I get to try them.

I am having a difficult time trying to…
I am having a difficult time trying to adjust the volume on the hearing aids. Either the voice of the individual talking to me is so loud I can’t stand it or the background noice is overwhelming the voice of the person.

I have never received the package so I can't rate anything...it was a gift for father's day and that day came and went and still the day after no package please find the package
