Great value for a very great product.
The first week of wearing the aids, I lost the left while walking my dog. Could not find. You offered me a new set at a $100 discount which I accepted. I think the ear fittings I was using were too large and they were not correctly seated in my ear. The service and helpers were great. We worked with chat. They were thoughtful, professional and polite. I think the information in the users manual could be more complete in the area of charging the batteries and hearing aids. A more complete explanation of the tones would be helpful. I am very impressed with the miniaturization design and engineering technology. This is a great value. $300 is a much better value than the $5,000 my brother has in his hearing aids and he has less.
