Life with Nano
This is my first time trying 'hearing aids' at the age of 46. It's a tough moment when you realize that your not capable of fixing your hearing problems on your own. Thank God Nano was there for me. Life is not so tough now with Nanos help.

Easy Return
Diana was very helpful assisting with the return. Unfortunately my mom is 96 with Alzheimers and was not capable of manipulating the hearing aids to work properly.

The last set works better after getting…
The last set works better after getting instructions on how to operate. Still a little sharp noise when using when a noise appears in the room.

Good product, but not for severe hearing problems
The product arrived quickly, well-packed, and with instructions. Unfortunately, they were not the right choice for my mother, whose severe hearing deficit requires more complicated medical support. My only complaint is even after I explained my mother's case, the customer service rep. kept making recommendations and offers in an effort to avoid a return. To their credit, reps were very polite.

I have sent several emails since…
I have sent several emails since getting the new ones. I tried them the right one would not turn on so I tried the left one by itself. It worked OK for a couple hours until I got to church and then started buzzing and ringing and sounded like I was in a barrel. This is the third attempt, and I am not going to be able to use them. I would like to return them and be credited a refund on my credit card.
