The hearing aid they sell you is the basic model, difficult to adjust and very uncomfortable. My husband said it didn’t change his quality of life and that he wasn’t happy with the product. It took me 3 days to talk to someone for a refund. They would say someone will call me back, within 24 hours to no avail. I was only able to talk to someone after I said I would call every hour… I then talked to the “refund department” that only wanted to upgrade me. Only when I said I was leaving the US going back to Canada that she agreed to send me a refund. To top it off, I had to pay for return shipping, this company is very bad. BUYER BEWARE
