Seem to work for month or so then stopped working. Had trouble getting supplied ear adapters to work.

I am going to send the hearing aid back because I am not getting any help.
when I spoke to your rep. everything was fine, but I have not heard anything from him It has been since Friday or Saturday. It is now Monday evening, and I have not heard anything.

My Nano hearing aids.
When I called to order my hearing aids, I was greeted by a very courteous rep. She asked a few questions inwitch I gave her the answers and I was done. I received the package in four days. They are great, I would recommend these to anyone.

The online Nano representive was…
The online Nano representive was informative, empathetic and patience. Once we got through all of the tests she is required to do, I was provided a new hearing aid without charge.
