I need a o return these hearing aids…
I need to return these hearing aids but I’m having a hard time getting help with it. I want my money back it hasn’t been 45 days either. Every agent is giving me the run around. Customer service is horrible and very rude. Wish they have 0 for a star that’s just what they would get. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!!

Android aids did not work for me
Android aids did not work for me Nano staff were easy to get digital aids. Seem to work much better

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery, excellent on ordering. However I can not use them at work, there are two way radios and I get a lot of feedback, screeching noise.

The people are nice but hard to…
The people are nice but hard to understand a lot of the time. I feel I should not have had to pay to get the correct wire length. I needed the new wires fast and still haven’t received them. Now I don’t have any help with them, so I am going to return the hearing aids in a few days. I’m just too old to figure out how to use them every day.

Great experience so far
I appreciate how easy it was to order the hearing aids and how quickly they were delivered. I'm still trying to figure out the best settings but I'm thankful for the customer support the company offers.
