Cecelia was my representative. Gary could not hear to place the call so I as his wife, Maureen did. Naturally, with extraordinary guidance and sincere experience with other clients, Cecelia spoke extemporaneously in solving my problem for appropriate device with insurance, just because damage or loss is no doubt a possibility if not a guarantee. I am trying to get a return goods…
I am trying to get a return goods authentication so that I can return hearing aids. I have spent almost two hours on the phone with no results. It's obvious that this is an attempt to stall; I don't understand why....

Nono hearings aids are too large for my ears.…
The domes on my nano hearing aids are too large. the rep said wear them without domes. Still too big. I tried to e=mail for a refund, but it was returned undeliverable. I want a refund! Rebecca Mileschkowsky

The first time I was not successful
The first time I was not successful. I asked for a supervisor who did return my call. She was very helpful and agreed to return my hearing aids that were under warranty without a special service charge.

Price was the first consideration
Price was the first consideration. My hearing is not so bad that I need to spend $6000 for help .

I don't feel like I got much help
I don't feel like I got much help. There seemed to be a delay in the phone connection as well. We kept interrupting each other. The customer service person didn't seem to completely understand what was being told to her and it was sometimes hard to understand her accent. It also seemed like she didn't want to be there that day. I realize we all have bad days sometimes. I am supposed to call in a day or 2 with an update.
