Overall good product
Overall good product. Had problems learning to insert into ear canal properly, could have used better instruction. Units do not "beep" when turning off/on or adjusting volume as described so it is hard to know the status of the units. Otherwise Good

Poor business acumen regarding warranty…
Poor business acumen regarding warranty issues. NANO sent refurbished product to replace new product. Very, very frustrating that you choose to put consumer(s) in this position. However, a “new” set has been ordered & is currently in shipment status. I am in high hopes that this set works!

Still buzzing in the hearing aids even…
Still buzzing in the hearing aids even though we changed out the ear piece. tried lowering then but still loud enough for everyone near me to hear it.

I saw the advertise on tv
I saw the advertise on tv. My mother needed hering aids. I like it because they give you extra covers, brush. I liked itbecause of the charger. Sometimes it is hard to get batteries.
