I am so excited
I am so excited. After trying 3 different products this one WORKS. I can't explain why I had trouble with the first two. I simply couldn't get them to work properly, for whatever reason. I was very disappointed they didn't work. The NANO staff was very patient and kind, trying very hard to talk me through procedures of trouble shooting without success. THEN, they sent me a Sigma Plus model and they work GREAT! I am so grateful they didn't give up on me. I will gleefully recommend NANO products to anyone with hearing problems. I experienced hearing loss from 21 years in the U.S. Military in Combat Arms. It wasn't an easy life, and I suffered many physical maladies (not complaining, it is an awesome Honor) not the least of which was loss of hearing, in spite of every effort to protect against it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you NANO Staff and God Bless YOU! I can hear as well as I ever remember with no discomfort or feedback whatsoever. Please know I appreciate you immensely. Very positive and helpful experience…
Very positive and helpful experience when asking questions by telephone with representatives. Not so good when trying to navigate by computer. Was not able to purchase my hearing aid via the shopping cart as with purchases. Lost a chance for $100 discount. Had to do it by phone later and settle for refurbished version with a $ 50 discount.

Better hering aids! I haven't gotten my Nano hearing aids…
I haven't gotten my Nano hearing aids yet, but they are on the way. I can't wait to get them, I read a lot of reviews and I believe they will be a plus over the ones i've tried in the past.

Too much reverberation
Too much reverberation, couldn't hear TV but voices were too loud. Not sure if this were meant for the situation.
