Their service has been great. If something happened they talked with me over the phone and told me how to fix the problem. If that did not work you could send them back and they would fix. I have never had to do that. I have bought two pairs from them and have been a customer since 2018. One pair goes over the ear and the other pair goes in the ear. Great company and service is fantastic!!
