I was able to use a chat session to get my questions answered prior to purchase. therefore I did not have to make a phone call, listen to crap music and punch through a menu system. I was able to get refurbished aids at a lower cost with free shipping. There was very quick delivery !

I wrote and sent an email to customer service with a question about the fitting of the Nano H.Aid and only received an automated response from your software bot. The message was irerellevant and did not address my question. Now 3 messages later, all Im getting is a rhetorical query, how was my customer service experience. It SUCKED! I'm done here, so DO unsubscibe me to your animated customer service contact. Your software insults my intelligence.
