First I saw the add on tv then
First I saw the add on tv then on Facebook so decided to place the order. It seems there are two or more different types. Made in a bit confusing, but things did get figured out. Just waiting for the delivery.

These hearing aids are better than the pair I PAID SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR. When I needed some attention, I called and was told how to return my hearing aids for the repair work required. Service was fast, and my returned hearing aids were like new—a great company to do business with.

I have e-mailed about why i want to return the aids. have spoken to people on the phone. all i need is a return number and adderess. why is it so hard to get what i need to return the aids and get a credit to my credit card. your customer service leaves alot to be good.
