Almost 2 months to repair my hearing aides, I called to find out they can't be fixed and I would get a pair of refurbished one. Why couldn't you come up with this a week after you got mine? I know the replacement aren't going to work either.

Well after talking to a representing we went over my old ones and they still didn't work he said I was still covered under warranty so he sent me a new set within a week ihad them ant working great
