I ordered the CIC4 digital aids and for $397 and the purchase was confirmed via phone order, I later received a order confirmation sharing that I was charged $297 for the lessor set CIC2. I did not give consent to change my order!

I have had my Nano hearing aids for…
I have had my Nano hearing aids for about a month now and I like them very much. They do not have the background noise that others I have tried have. The only thing that I find is that on the lowest volume they are still a bit loud for me. I am still getting use to them, but so far, I am satisfied.

They didn't work like promised
They didn't work like promised. The first agent was trying to talk me into keeping them when i told her they didn't fit.

I talked to Joe & had a question before ordering. Not covered in the TV ad was how do one hearing aid cover all different types of hearing problems? Joe told me instructions came with answers & there are adjustments to try before complete. I then ordered with more confidence.

You don't seem to be able to send me a…
You don't seem to be able to send me a set of hearing aids where both sides work. The last three deliveries had either the left or the right that didn't work. I'm through with them.
