Bad move! Still waiting for refund!

About a month ago about 9/12/23 I ordered these hearing aids for my Mother of 94 off a TV ad. The arrived good but nothing special from what you buy from Walmart for $29.95, IMO! All echo and tinny sound. Everything but voices are amplified! I called to return right away and was informed these don't work well for very elderly people because they are complicated. Wish I had known this! Anyway, I got the Return Authorization and sent them back immiedietly! They confirmed receiving them back. They continue to take $100 a week from my bank account regardless! I've contacted them but they use a different company to take your money and it can't be stopped, apparently! They also have a "refund team" who can't do anything. Today 10/10/23 I received another notice that they were taking another $100 from my account rather than refunding what they already took! I've demanded that they STOP but they said they need to be accommodating to others involved and give them time. Well, it's been a month, they've had their product back for a couple weeks. What about consideration to me the customer? IMO, these are not worth it! Certainly, not worth the time and frustration in getting my money back, nit to mention getting them to stop taking from my bank account! I suggest going to a gearing specialists locally! More money, I understand but you do get what you pay for I guess! This was a bad deal for us, just wanted others to be aware! IMO, don't do it!
