We couldn't use the 1st pair
We couldn't use the 1st pair. They gave free upgrade. They too couldn't help. They tried to upgrade again but I declined several times, maybe a dozen times. Hardcore salesman that did not satisfy my request for a refund as advertised. Finally said OK.

Y’all sent me at least one email every…
Y’all sent me at least one email every day to explain your policies and how the hearing aids work and to let me know. I already have a set. one of them doesn’t hold a charge but about a couple hours and that’s the reason I sent for the new ones. Your company has been outstanding for me and my wife likes them also!
