Everything was just as it should be
Everything was just as it should be. The aids were easy for me to adjust. I did think that the left one was not acting as well as it should. The Nano aids I think are built better than most. Heaver and larger tubing they were constructed better

It was not great at first.
It was not great at first. Too much standard by- the- book canned presentation. When I expressed how disappointed I was in not having my specific questions answered I finally was given what I had requested. Had this been done initially all would have been better. After we finally got on the same page all was good and I ended up on a trial for your product. I am due to receive today which makes me very happy. Now if the aids will improve my ability to understand speech the I will be singing your praises everywhere. So keep your fingers crossed as I will lean on my faith for a positive result. Larry E. They don't fit my ears.
They don't fit my ears. They're uncomfortable. They scream about every five seconds. They don't amplify adequately. They're hard to adjust.

Skeptical Buyer
Really was skeptical as to whether or not to buy these hearing aids. Made the right decision.Am still getting used to them but so far have exceeded my expectations. Plus the follow up has been great. I’ve had many emails guiding me through the process of learning how to use them.
