My mini Dachsund managed to shred a dog toy (pink pig) in less than 5 minutes. A miniature dachsund....! Absolutely appalling durability and no way these are well made toys for dogs. Worse still - the squeaker in the toy is some sort of plastic wrapped thing which he managed to start chewing and would have asphyxiated on if I wasn't in the room to intervene.

Coupon didn't work at checkout, emailed multiple times and DM'd multiple times on social media with a few blank responses that it will be taken care of. Absolutely no follow through. Too bad because the products are fun, and we have several now, but will not buy again and cannot recommend.

The bed we had for our pet tipped over and she was unable to get out. I have been reaching out to the company for weeks and NO-ONE has contacted me. I will never in my life buy another product from this company.

Made an order for a few toys which look nice , but ordered because of the one business day delivery. 2 days passed never got an email tracking , and then the customer service replied with just , did u get ur order ? Which I haven't I then received tracking and my order is supposed to arrive April 29. Ordered on April 22. So thats a whole week when they clearly indicated 1 business day.
