Erinn and Amy were so absolutely fabulous and so incredibly positive and helpful during my shopping experience! They were so welcoming and pleasant from the moment i walked in the door and they went above and beyond in every single way to help me figure out what worked to buy. I feel like i left with more than just clothes but a truly lovely and meaningful experience as well! I am thankful for such wonderful energy i got to experience during my time there! I highly recommend to anyone to stop by and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and excellent customer care this store has to offer!

Great quality and designs, just takes longer to ship than I’m used to

Cons: 1. Sizing is difficult to get right, I end up ordering the wrong size for several times. 2. The quality is average; sometimes it doesn’t match the price. Pros: 1. Customer service responds quickly. I had an issue once and it was handled properly. 2. Many of the styles match my aesthetic.

The brand presents itself as Los Angeles based, yet my order shipped directly from China with full tracking. If you are charging premium pricing under an LA identity, sourcing and fulfillment should align with that image. The purchasing experience was unacceptable. After ordering, there were no messages from the brand for over a month. No clear order confirmation, no tracking updates, and repeated avoidance despite follow-ups. The product was not in stock and this was never disclosed. In standard retail practice, this falls under pre-order or backorder status and must be clearly labeled before purchase. None of that was done. This could have saved people shopping for holiday outfits from ending up with nothing to wear. Instead, the item was aggressively marketed while unavailable. Ads were pushed constantly for months while the product was not ready to ship. Inventory status was not disclosed, and ads continued despite lack of fulfillment capacity. “Design” and “development” are being used to justify a price point that far exceeds their actual per-unit impact. Pattern making, sampling, and fit testing are fixed costs that get distributed across production, leaving a relatively small cost per garment. I purchased the Airina dress in my recommended size based off of the measurement guide and it was way too big. The team was so helpful in assisting with a return/exchange and the dress is perfect. The quality and construction are great!

I bought the Mariah dress in purple for an upcoming beach wedding. The color is gorg!Also the floaty layers are perfect for the setting. I bought a size S (usually a size XS) because I was a little nervous because other reviews say the brand runs small. It ended up being great! Fits well in the bust. My only complaint is that it's pretty long on me. I'm short (5'0) so I'll have to get it hemmed.
