Terrible customer service. I bought the Knockout Padded T-Shirt Bra. My boobs felt like they were pointing sideways, which is never a good thing! I requested an exchange (not even a refund) due to it not fitting the way I liked, they refused to accept the product for an exchange due to it being faulty. The bra was worn for less than 5 minutes while trying the fit and returned in the same condition it was received. The item is clearly not damaged and the fabric is not ripped, it is intentionally sewn that way, pic attached that they sent me to prove that it's faulty. Customer service was unhelpful and did not offer any other solutions even when I asked. Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought

Newly bought a Nala bra and after giving it a fair go with wearing, it's uncomfortable, the seams show through clothing and these seams create an itch on your skin. Very unhappy with this purchase and never again!

Took my money for overpriced items. Took two weeks to say it was shipped. Three week later, with no tracking info, a package that should take 7-14 days - according to Canada Post & USPS, from Quebec to USA. They have not responded to and message. I have no product no reply and no money. Do not trust them.

Seems I should’ve checked reviews before handing over my money for 2 items I ordered! As of now, all I was trying to find out was tracking number since I received notification my items to two different people had shipped. But, no tracking number! I sent several messages on instagram and also an email. No freaking response! I don’t understand how so many people have given them good rating’s on Etsy ? They just don’t care! It seems. Be careful if you want to risk ordering from them.

This company is a scam. I bought 2 orders on April 30th and I haven’t received my orders. Also you CANNOT contact them. They also delete your comments on their Instagram posta
