Love the wines but I changed my mix to all reds and still got 4 bottles of white this quarter. Hard to ge when nes delivered to house with someone here to sign. I have t delivered to a UPS store. They charge for this service. It’s becomng too hard to ge what I want. I’ll be cancelling my membership after 2 1/2 years. :(

Hi Tracy, I'm so sorry to hear that you are having a difficult experience with your wine club membership. We did reach out to you in mid September to apologize for the mix up with your club wine preferences and offered to send you 4 replacement red wines. That offer still stands, and I would be happy to help you coordinate this. Additionally, we would be happy to set your delivery address as a UPS Access point free of charge (there is only ever a charge to change the delivery address after a package has been shipped). Please feel fee to contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm at 541-386-3700 ex.0 and we will be more than happy to assist you. It is our priority that you absolutely love your membership because we appreciate your support so much. Thank you for the feedback! Cheers, Team Naked

I love everyone that I have been in contact with at Naked Winery, whether it’s at the winery or an event. And to make things even more personal, they always seem to remember me. That’s pretty impressive knowing how many people are served each day!!
