I have been a member with Naked Winery…
I have been a member with Naked Winery for some time. I went to the Bend location to pick up my wines with a friend. We did a member tasting and the gentleman helping us was extremely rude and not attentive. He would pass by where we were sitting and help other customers many times and fill up their tastings but would avoid our table and we were right next to the bar. My friend or I had to get up and go to the bar to get our refill tastings. He would stop and talk his friends that were at the bar for a long period of time. He would say that he was busy when we would get the tastings at the bar. I have never had this experience at Naked Winery. Everyone has been so friendly for the exception of this visit. Unfortunate.

The Seaside Location is a Huge Miss
The brand has a lot of potentially but we were severely let down by poor customer service. I would not return to the Seaside location.

no help
I didn’t receive any customer service even though I paid for a flight and bought an additional $12 glass of wine for my friend. No one explained the wines and I had to ask for each additional taste. Terrible service I’m sorry to say. 🙁

Very poor service
Very poor service, not very good wine, passable cheese platter. Will not go again.

I have been a member for 5 years and…
I have been a member for 5 years and have always enjoyed, but the Bend tasting room experience is no longer great. 90% of the employees are not friendly, they don't interact well and don't try to make the experience for members and a guest a memorable one. The wine are ALL Very good, but the tasting room experience has plummeted horribly in the last 12-18 months.

Dissapointed my shipment has been…
Dissapointed my shipment has been delayed after already paying. Good service in hood river winery was great, very helpful and signed for wine to be shipped. Seaside, lady was somewhat rude, didn't want to open a wine so I could try. Bought several bottles, anyway. Still waiting on my September shipment, as it been delayed for warm tempatures whee I live. Dissapointed that I have paid and not received my shipment yet.

Hi Tena! I apologize for the delay in your wine delivery. Wine is extremely sensitive to heat damage and it is our utmost priority that you receive your wine in the best possible condition. For future reference, it is good to know that we will only ship wine to a location where the temperature ranges from 35 degrees as a daytime low and 88 degrees as the daytime high, unless otherwise instructed by the purchaser. Have placed my order 2 mo ago
Have placed my order 2 mo ago. Was told that it’s to hot for orders to be shipped out. I have placed two orders in and giving until the end of the mo. Was told by customer service that I should have my order by then. Will hold off to use any other coupons that I have for my next order.
