The experience was good
The experience was good. People where busy and us being from out of town felt like we should know what we want. It was a little bit of what do you want, why don't you have a membership. Even though the experience was just ok, the product is amazing, and we ended up walking out with 8 bottles of wine.

The customer service used to be better…
I've been a member for about 1.5 years now. The customer service used to be better (warmer, friendlier and more humble) a year ago. But when I called last time in September 2018 to inquire about my quarterly order (it incountered problems while being shipped), I felt aloof attitude. I was told that I can check the status at FedEx myself, which is totally cool. But I felt I had bothered with my call. But the wine is as delicious as always!

More of a bar than a tasting room
This was just not a wine tasting experience worth the time in my opinion. They have some good wines and plenty to select from, but I enjoy a tasting experience where the server is at least somewhat knowledgeable of the wines and a tasting room that doesn't seem like the corner bar on a Friday night. The staff seemed to cater more to a small group that had been there a while (obviously past their 3rd glass and we were there at 3:00). They may have been doing that to try to control them (as it was getting to that point at times) or felt the tips would have been better from that side of the room? Either way it wasn't a comfortable experience. I don't think we will keep our membership.

Unfortunately, sometimes these circumstances do arise, where boisterous guests take up a lot of staff attention. While we do tend to have higher traffic in the tasting room Friday-Sunday, I apologize if you felt neglected during your visit, and I assure you this is the exception to the rule as it it is the goal of our tasting room staff to make our guests and especially our club members feel welcomed and appreciated when they come to see us. The tasting room experience is becoming…
The tasting room experience is becoming less desirable every time I go. Seating is uncomfortable, music is way too loud, both member and purchased food tray quality has gone way down and attention for service or number of servers is most often lacking. I have been a loyal member for several years, but in making the long drive to the tasting rooms I have been less and less satisfied once I got there. I love the underlying theme and idea behind the winery and the wines themselves are great. Work on the atmosphere and individual member experience, please!

Wines are good not great
Wines are good not great. I was very disappointed that they chose not to donate to RAF, this year, whenthey have donated the prior 2 years.

I've only tried the Rose
I've only tried the Rose, and it is nicer than a lot of other Rose wines, not too sweet and slightly fruity. A nice sipping wine.

the white wine was good
the white wine was good, the rose a little cloudy. Took too long to get here in a hot UPS truck. I wonder if it affected the quality. Aggravating having to wait to sign for the wine, I understand legally but I am not sure if my time is worth the wait. If it was 5 star wine....maybe. I think the prices are a little high even with the 100 dollar coupon. The quality isn't worth the price. If the 100 was added to the bottom line I would have been furious. But the white wine was good for a middle of the shelf wine
