How can I enjoy my wine if it cant even be delivered...?? So disappointed in the delivery method, never left a time they would try to redeliver, never left information on when and where I could pick it up. So sad that i have to go through this for the next year, cant wait to cancel because of a silly thing such as delivery issues.

Hey Lisa - Sorry to hear you had issues with the delivery of your wine shipment. UPS is our mail carrier - we would like to learn more about how they left your package/attempted delivery note. Due to federal and state laws, the shipping carrier cannot leave packages containing alcohol due to the adult signature required at delivery. If you miss your delivery, they will leave a note on your door with contact information for the nearest shipping office where you can arrange a redirect or to pick it up at their facility (they attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package). Was this not done? If you are not sure you'll be home at time of delivery you can always ship to your office (lots of our members do this) -- happy to do this in the future if you want. Give us a call at 541-386-3700 X0. Thanks, Naked Winery Team

I have been a Club Naked member for ten plus years. This is one of the best wine clubs. I recently moved to California and will miss the Club Naked events, but not my wine😊. I am also an Oh club member. Naked Winery has a huge selection of wines for everyone's palate.
