I have been in 2 times in the last 2…
I have been in 2 times in the last 2 weeks . Service has. wwn so much better. Way to make your members feel special. Staff extremely polite, helpful and very nice ♡♡

Bad customer service for local membwrs
I don't understand why my wine came from California and took 2 weeks to get to me.. I live in Vancouver - an hour away. Makes no business sense and more importantly is bad customer service for local customers!

Hi Guys! Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We typically delay shipments about a week after we process credit cards to allow people to contact us to make changes to their shipping addresses before they go out. We ship a few different clubs from a 3rd party location in California, because of the sheer volume that needs to be constructed and shipped out, we simply lack the man power to ship everything ourselves. There was an extenuating delay in deliveries in September due to wildfires in California shutting down I-5 the same week club packages were shipped out. Hopefully moving forward, there will not be such a delay and we can get you your wine in a timely manor. If you would like to change your club preference to pick up, you can contact us at 541-386-3700 ex.5. Fantastic time at the winery in Hood…
Fantastic time at the winery in Hood River while on vacation from Indiana. The wine was very tasty and the conversation tremendous.

Poor joke
I was visiting from out of town and was making a joke about a discount on a tank top that I liked. I was already ordering a case of wine to take back with me. The man that was helping me made a joke (at least I think it was intended to be a joke) that I was “pretty but not that pretty to get any extra discounts.” I was so very taken back by the comment. I love the wine but forever this has tainted my view of the winery.
