Their customer service as pleasant, efficient and responsible. It is so nice to deal with good customer service nowadays. The winds are outstanding. I belong to the club and am very happy with the wines that I have gotten. I have gotten gift baskets for Christmas gifts and they are always a hit. I just ordered my second Hydro flask, and always get comments on who is Naked Winery. I am happy to recommend their wine!!

At the end of August we got an email that our order was processed. We call asap and ask that you not send it as we would be in Bend all of September and we will pick it up. We were told it was too late. My wife Rindy called and canceled our membership. We were told you would not send them and we could pick them up in Bend. You folks then sent them anyway. Everyone at the Hood River location is great. Especially Taylor, every time we come in he acknowledges us and makes sure we are happy and having a great time. Every location needs someone like Taylor.

We just love the wine and the members discount. We stock up on Black Friday and every pick party buy more than our pick up! Great place to take friend and family for an afternoon of fun and drinking

I really enjoy the product and service I receive in the winery. I would like to be able to reach someone easier when I call in for help, that has been a source of frustration on more than one occasion. Reaching someone by phone is not an easy task. Also I would love to have more pick up locations closer to Olympia WA. We love visiting the location in Hood River but it is a trek. Thanks!
