Warning: Clumps up and not bendable. Customer service does not care about customer satisfaction. I purchased the protein, eaas, energy, gut, collagen, and coffee protein. None of them mixed well despite trying different liquids or ways. They stayed clumpy even in a blender, so clumpy that when you try to drink I had clumps of powder stuck in my throat. When blended in the blender it foamed up to a bubbly, airy like consistency. I purchase protein powders and supplements regularly and have never had this issue. I wanted to give this company a try as it was all over my social media platforms with a lot of promotion. I wrote the company and told them of the dissatisfaction just two days later after receiving the products. I spent close to 300 dollars and they refused to offer any support, or refund despite complete dissatisfaction. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Other powders do not have this issue. It’s unfortunate. In addition, by the looks of this reply it’s evident to me that your company likes to argue with the customer about their experience and not take accountability for your products not being up to par or meet expectations. Another reason to avoid this company and their products.

Sent the wrong preworkout item from what I ordered. We emailed back and forth. Their email communication was not clear and was misleading that I would have gotten a refund and the product that I initially ordered. I had to drive to the post office and use my resources to return the product. When I sent it back, I never received an email update so I emailed them and they responded they were only going to refund me for the product. I asked about the product and they said they never told me they were going to send me the product. I sent them screenshots of the emails that they indicated they would and I provided feedback that their emails are misleading. It felt like they chose to argue with me, I requested a confirmation of the refund and they followed up and sent me that not including the taxes I paid. I had to pay taxes, pay to print out the label and pay for gas to return a product that they sent me by mistake and I still never got the product I initially wanted. Their company is unprofessional and I did not feel like a valued customer.

Like others have pointed out, Naked has terrible customer service. I ordered unflavored whey and they sent me vanilla flavored by mistake. I expected them to rush me the correct product while they sorted out their own mistake but instead, they wanted me to ship the product, wait for a confirmation from their distributor regarding the error, and only then will they send me the correct product - a process that would take 2+ weeks! Unacceptable! To make matters worse, I just found out that their products have dangerous levels of lead!

Horrible customer service!! There were bugs in the protein powder! Not in just one bug, many! Not just one product, 2 separate products. When I contacted the company, they told me the bugs, were just coconut sugar. The thing about coconut sugar is if it sits in the liquid long enough, it dissolves. These did not. They had legs and wings(FLEAS!!) When I requested a refund, they stopped communicating with me, until I had my credit card company file a charge back and then the company was on me about canceling it. Still to this day they have never reviewed/ communicated with me regarding the insects found in their products. The products I purchased were the Goat whey(Vanilla), and the naked when(vanilla).

Terrible customer service. They delivered it to the wrong location and refused to replace and refund. They even sent me a picture from the delivery driver which clearly indicates the wrong location... they're still somehow trying to claim it was the correct locations and refusing to replace or refund. Took them an entire week to essentially tell me to go screw myself too. Update: after many more exchanges I finally threatened to take them to small claims court and they replaced it.

This service automatically renews your subscription without any prior notice or explicit consent, which is completely unacceptable. There is no option to disable this auto-renewal, which under German law is a clear violation of consumer rights. I have repeatedly requested the deletion of my profile, as is my right under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and my requests have been completely ignored. I strongly advise anyone in the EU to think twice before signing up getting out is nearly impossible.
