If i can give this place a -0 i would ! Worse place ever !! They try to sell you something that you do not want ! Yet i went out did my research came back and they did not have time for what i initially went in for .. be aware of the confusion they try to make you spend more money !!! Yet speak to the manager and all she said is im sorry ..what i waste of time getting time off from work to be treated so poorly !!

Megan was wonderful and did a great job with my microneedling treatment! I’m giving four stars because cleanliness is especially important to me when receiving skincare treatments. The studio and office area seemed to need more thorough dusting, as I noticed dust in several places. Additionally, the person who applied the numbing cream did not cleanse my face beforehand, so I still had my moisturizer and sunscreen on. I would have appreciated having my skin properly cleansed before the numbing cream was applied. Overall, I had a good experience with Megan, but I believe greater attention to the cleanliness of the space and pre-treatment hygiene would make the experience even better.

Nice people And You know it is imported that if you sell beauty to look beautiful, and the people out there are nice people and beautiful people as well, witch make a good things and confident of what you are getting, some of them did some of their treatment in the clinic too and they show their results as they own experience as well ,

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Unclear Pricing and Poor Customer Service I had a lip filler appointment today at the Tucson location after booking an online special advertised for $199. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Once I was taken into the room, a team member told me that, as a returning customer, my price would be slightly different at $240. I was willing to accept that. However, she then checked the pricing again and told me that the price for today would actually be $300. I found this very frustrating and unprofessional. Why advertise a $199 special online if the price changes once the customer arrives? If there are different prices for returning customers or other conditions, they should be clearly explained before the appointment, not after the customer has arrived. I value honesty, transparency, and good customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Customers deserve clear and accurate pricing upfront, without unexpected changes at the last minute. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its pricing transparency and customer service.

The staff was incredible, extremely knowledgeable, and my nurse was outstanding. I loved my visit!

Love NakedMD and the staff. Great job!! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Office is cute and very clean. Each visit has been a great experience. Parking is usually not the best but you’re in Nashville so that’s the norm. My only complaint is that repeat customers be more valued with perks and offers, not just new clients. Special deals to the customers you already have keep them coming back instead of looking for a better offer. Example - an email confirming your appointment or a reminder it’s time for you to come back for your forehead treatment and since you’re a valued customer we at NakedMD will give you a (XYZ) discount on lip enhancement or (XYZ) off your medical grade facial and etc. You want people to use your products offer them a deal and don’t make it only for New Clients and take care of your repeat customers.
