i had a late appointment and i received a text asking if i wanted to come earlier. i was rushing to get to the clinic earlier in case the employees get to leave earlier if i'm the last client. also on my appointment notice it said appointments are about 15 min. tell me why even though i got there earlier, i was still waiting around an hour for my appointment. i was shown to a room and it took them 15 to come to my room for an initial consult. after that was another 30 min of waiting. i was waiting way past my initial appointment time now. my nurse injector finally came into the room. love my nurse injector! can't say anything bad about her. she took the time to explain and reassured me that there were possibilities to my concerns when previous nurse injectors told me there was nothing they could do. she was very gentle and reassuring. i would only come back for her.

I loved most of it but wasn’t explained about the under eyes and that two separate procedures were needed. Cheek bones were filler but I didn’t need them there.

I didn’t get the results I wanted when I asked they said yes they can do what I asked but then after they said they couldn’t do much once it was done I wish they would’ve told me since the beginning n I wouldn’t have wasted my time when they couldnt do what I expected but Thts okay.

Francisco had a great personality and was very friendly, but unfortunately, my tox experience was not the best. I purchased more tox than I normally do this time, so I was especially concerned when several times after he injected me, I could actually feel the tox running down my face. It happened twice, and at one point it even squirted into my eye! 😳 All I could think was, “There goes the money I just spent running down my face!” I really liked Francisco personally, but considering how much tox costs, I definitely want to feel confident that what I purchased is actually being injected and not being lost during the process.

I was very disappointed with my Dysport results. I was recommended a treatment that I normally do not get Dysport in my forehead lines. I typically only get a brow lift and treatment for my 11s, and I had previously chosen not to treat my forehead for a reason. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember why at the time, and after being encouraged to try it, I decided to go ahead with the recommendation. Now that I’ve had the treatment, I remember exactly why I avoided it. I feel like the forehead treatment has completely taken away the effect of the brow lift I usually prefer. Instead of my eyes looking more open and lifted, my forehead feels heavy and my eyes look smaller and more droopy and weighed down. This is the opposite of the result I was hoping for.

I’m giving 3 stars because the tech and the nurse were so nice and was helping me the best way they can, 2 stars deducted because I was so looking forward to use my “GIVEAWAY AWARD” for participating in their Instagram game. On day of supposed appointment, tech needs to reschedule me for my lip filler and assured that the “Giveaway”promotion prize will be kept and be used for the rescheduled date. Went back for the date and was told they can’t use it and have to pay full price is disappointing. Nevertheless, I’m happy with my lip filler results.
