MywindowshostingReviews of mywindowshosting.com

The platform is excellent, intuitive, user-friendly, and very well-designed for smooth navigation. I’ve had a great experience using it so far. The support team deserves special mention—they are highly responsive, professional, and efficient. Every issue or ticket I’ve submitted has been handled promptly without any huge complications. Overall, very satisfied and for sure i'll recommend this to my colleagues and friends.

Support is my main reason for giving 5 stars. Their support is excellent. Hosting is great as well with lots of options and a fair price. I have been a customer for years and I will continue to is the services. Highly recommended.

Lack of information during server outages, no useful support, activation of bots on critical issues, unable to contact them by phone, and frustration at 100%. No support also on collateral issues during mail services down. Do not go with them.

Email not working correctly for over 2 days, with at least a couple of months worth of emails completely missing. Several tech support tickets posted with no response or resolution. Until 2 days ago, this was a 5-star hosting company.

Very poor service / no reply this should be highly avaialble but since 3days still hosting and emails are down. critical business impact

Servers are down since last 10 hours, no update from them, I got a reply to my ticket "incident happened in Las Vegas Data Center." how long its going to take, its very hard to when all your business stopped. all my 35 staff are doing nothing since morning.

Very friendly control panel. Amazing customer support.
