Jerry was very polite and patient helping me with responding back on confirmation email. Verified all information and confirmed all necessary 'verification' paperwork was received prior to ending our call. Thank you.

I was booking a roundtrip flight from Washington, DC to Tampa. What started out as a routine job ended up taking several hours to complete. One bump along the way was that there were several phone numbers involved and I am not in the habit of answering calls that I don't know. The cost of the flight itself was not the major issue but the cost of all the other things including taxes ended up being added to my initial cost. It ended up costing a lot more than I anticipated. Anyway, Andrew helped out a lot and got me squared away with seats and clarified that the two of us who were flying could each bring a carry on in addition to a small suitcase. Thanks for all the help.
