John was very helpful and patient with finding me the best travel days and prices. He was very friendly and respectful and was very knowledgeable about online printing problems I was experiencing. I was confident that I now have my Itinerary and e-tickets without any problems...thanks to John.

I gave 4 stars because overall very helpful, but hard to understand with strong accent. I had to ask for repetitions throughout, which made it somewhat stressful to complete transaction. But in terms of skill, John did a good job navigating through the process.
