It was hard to pick something out for my partner and I was overwhelmed by too many choices, but I kept on seeing an ad in my feed for a really beautiful ring. Not the one we ordered, but still. So, we checked out the site and selected his ring. We used the size tool, but must not have used it quite right. The ring that came was really big. So, I contacted them and they helped me figure out how to get a better size and they didn't even blink when I suddenly asked them about an inscription. It came yesterday, and we're so happy with the results. I really appreciate my customer service person, Daniel, and all of their patience.

I'm sorry to say it was not what I expected based on the website pictures. Not as vibrant as shown. I'm questioning whether they are custom made in there premises and not purchased thru a lesser grade company and up selling at a much higher price, but I guess that's how some businesses are. Should have taken note of the old statement "Buyer beware" especially since there is no customer satisfaction refund policy.

I ordered the Hephaestus ring expecting high-quality craftsmanship, but what I received was disappointing. The outer Damascus metal is thin and appears to be laser-etched rather than authentically forged. The wooden interior is also much thinner than I anticipated, making the overall construction feel subpar. I reached out to the company for a resolution, but they have not responded to my email. Additionally, they do not have a return policy—likely because many customers would send their products back. I own similar rings from other online retailers, all of which have been significantly better in quality. If I had seen this ring in person before purchasing, I wouldn't have bought it. I am giving it 2 stars because the shipping was fast.
