I am so impressed with their quick response and resolution! Definitely, will be sharing with my friends. Sending me a new ring engraved since the original was too large.

I bought 2 rings from them a few weeks ago and one of the rings was the wrong one. I emailed customer service 3x’s and have not heard back from them. I searched for their phone number and left a voicemail. Still no response. It is very frustrating. The ring I bought that was correct is nice quality, but I want the one I ordered as well. They sent me 2 of the same rings with one being blue inlay and one being silver. I ordered the blue one, and was expecting the one with meteorite as the inlay. I suggest looking elsewhere for a ring until they fix their customer service.

Received my ring in a week and love it. Fits perfect and feels good to have on. I never take it off. A perfect replacement for my wedding ring I lost.

On my first order loved one of the two rings. Reached out about and exchange and was told they could help. I paid $59 for the new ring and was expecting an exchange and a refund on the one sent back but after i paid for the new ring they told me to just keep the ring and when i emailed that we didnt like it and wanted to send it back for a refund they never responded. Over all we love the two rings we got but will never use this company because of the poor customer service and lack of communication. Now stuck with a ring we absolutely do not like.

Great and unique products very easy to order

The delivery was great in terms of timescales from China. However the quality as advertised is that these are high quality. In reality the outside surfaces are essentially some sort of resin/epoxy type material and in the first day just from washing my hands, one of the rings on my other hands rubbed against it and scuffed it and that area of the ring is now opaque! So very soft material, scratches really easily and very clear when it happens. Ring looks rubbish now. Just from washing my hands. I would have hoped a harder material was used!
