On my first order loved one of the two rings. Reached out about and exchange and was told they could help. I paid $59 for the new ring and was expecting an exchange and a refund on the one sent back but after i paid for the new ring they told me to just keep the ring and when i emailed that we didnt like it and wanted to send it back for a refund they never responded. Over all we love the two rings we got but will never use this company because of the poor customer service and lack of communication. Now stuck with a ring we absolutely do not like.

Just that their return policy needs to be explained better

Very attractive ring. Feels plastic-ish. The edges could be beveled more. I don’t feel it’s worth the price tag

The item looks similar to the image, but not as nice. Simpler.

I ordered two rings, size 9. I received one size 9 and one size 10

Order involved Kratos ring size 8mm/10...believe I received a Kratos ring size 8mm/9...very tight on finger.

The ring is beautiful and well made but I paid extra to have it engraved for my 5 year wedding anniversary and it arrived without the engraving. I emailed the company but did not hear back from them.

The rings are too small and not what I had thought they would be. I am disappointed.
