Great customer service after I ordered the wrong size

Amazing customer service! I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring from Mythology Titans, and while we absolutely loved the ring, we realized that we had ordered the wrong size. I reached out to the company expecting that we would need to go through an exchange process, but their customer service was amazing. They quickly helped get the correct size sent out, didn’t charge me anything additional, and even allowed us to keep the original ring. The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. It’s not often you come across customer service like this anymore! We’re very happy with the ring and the experience overall. I would absolutely purchase from Mythology Titans again and highly recommend them!

Fantastic product and great customer service

Fast delivery but unfortunately was the wrong ring that was delivered. Seemed to have been a discontinued model that looked very similar to what I ordered. Mistakes happen! Received a response the next day and being shipped the correct ring. Thanks for making it right :)

Mythology Titans always has what I want. And they fit wonderfully. I’m sure I will order from them again.

After a few communication glitches, Daniel was great in resolving them. Communication via email was consistent and all is good! Rings are great...prices are reasonable...so...enjoy the rings!!

Love the fit. Colors are bright. Fast delivery. Good price. Only complaint is that I wish the edges were a bit softer.
