I have to say that my think car team has been excellent at helping me get a unit quickly prior to a trip. They have helped me understand that the thinkcar 689BT PRO and the Mucar 892BT PRO are equivalent models and got one shipped very fast so I have a unit during my trip. I truly appreciate their help getting ready for the trip and getting an excellent scanner as well thanks again for the great support.😊👍

Les escribí haciendo una consulta sobre la compatibilidad de los equipos y me respondieron de inmediato, muy atentos con el público. Muy recomendable atención de consultas. No como los de kingbolen que jamás responden.

I had a package arrive damaged and mishandled from the carrier. I was worried maybe something could be damaged internally of the computer, from the packaging damage. I contacted customer care and thank you for the quick replies. Thinkcar truly seemed to care about my issue and experience and offered a couple of options to take care of the situation. I hope they take care of me if something should ever happen in the future.
